Responsibilities

Schedule Production:
Consolidation of sales forecasts
Discussion and coordination with Sales, R&D, and manufacturing departments
Global input from Group BU partners (Kuraray Japan and Eval Europe)
Use of quantitative methods to determine and establish best plan forward
Supervise Inventory Management:
Optimizing inventory levels using multiple Data Driven systems
Manage Inventory of Imported Materials
Manage Kuraray Inventory located within 3rd Party Compounding Facilities
Global Production Scheduling:
Work with the Global Product Management Team for consolidation of Production and Inventory for the various regions
Discuss and coordinate material requirements with the other regions
Propose material priorities for the improved global operation of the EVAL Business Unit
General Administrative Support functions:
Provides basic Product Management services for other Business Units during Holidays, illness or other absences by that specific Manager.
Serve on Administrative teams (Lean Services, Safety...etc.) as needed within Kuraray America.

Required

Bachelors' degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business, Logistics; etc.)
Minimum of 3 years' experience as Product Manager/ Scheduler in the manufacturing industry
Advanced Excel experience; MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Negotiating skills with multiple Global Kuraray Business partners
SAP or other ERP software experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving/decision-making skills.
Ability to multi-task
Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
