Partner with clients to develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to their unique needs.
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for enhancing engagement, retention, and revenue.
Utilize industry-leading technologies and integrations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Design and document customer journeys, ensuring personalized and targeted experiences.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and continuously refine strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement and optimize lifecycle marketing programs.
Monitor and analyze program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Conduct multi-variant testing to optimize campaign elements based on data-driven decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, including relevant technologies and certifications.

Required
3+ years of experience in marketing technology strategy and execution.
Proven success in developing and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Effective communicator with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) to client sites.
