Responsibilities
Prepare basic descriptive intelligence reports, collection manuals, and instructions to field collectors in their assigned area of responsibility and evaluate incoming reports and information.
Arrange and participate in briefing and debriefing, briefing supervisors, planners, and policymakers on all aspects of their work assignments.
Prepare finished intelligence reports, collection plans and manuals, and guides for field collectors.
Review collection requirements and apply knowledge of organization methods and collecting intelligence data.
Apply national intelligence policies, regulations, and compliance documents specifically related to cyber and infrastructure defense.
Brief leadership and other internal and external members regarding threats or to target current situations and develop assessment plans.
Conduct intelligence short-and long-term planning, projection, and revision of estimates.
Write, review, and evaluate intelligence reports to support and manage cyber and physical risk to critical infrastructure.
Research, draft, edit, and finalize finished intelligence products to support operational and strategic intelligence needs.
Mentor and review junior analysts throughout the intelligence production cycle.
Lead regional engagements and internal/external collaboration activities with intelligence community mission partners.
Serve as a technical expert regarding intelligence analysis procedures, regulations, authorities, and processes.

Required
At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level (or equivalent) performing specific duties
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited institution
Three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree from an accredited institution
LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree, if related
Experience in applying national intelligence policies, regulations, and compliance documents specifically related to cyber and infrastructure defense
Experience in researching, drafting, editing, and finalizing finished intelligence products to support operational and strategic intelligence needs
