Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Create an enterprise dataset from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on Power BI functionalities.
Ensure best practices are followed for data visualization and reporting.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Work closely with the project team to ensure timely project milestones.

Required
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education: Bachelors Degree
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Azure).
Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is advantageous but not required.
