Responsibilities

Supporting new clients in implementing the full Dalux product portfolio, including leading training sessions and workshops

Assisting clients in integrating our solutions into their construction, and maintenance processes, ensuring they maximize the value of our tools

Identifying new application possibilities for existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and growth

Over time, managing a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, enabling clients to leverage product enhancements, and ensuring they derive maximum value from Dalux

Assisting with the support and implementation of Dalux for vertical construction projects and commercial construction clients

Collaborating closely with your US colleagues at the Chicago office and actively participating in events, industry fairs, Dalux User Days, client meetings, etc
