Responsibilities
Managing highly complex and critical financial planning work-streams, processes and analyses to meet organizational goals and timelines in collaboration with top leadership across the system.
Coordinating and managing MultiCare’s long range planning, rolling forecasting and other related financial planning processes and deliverables.
Providing strategic guidance and project management.
Developing and/or improving processes, policies and procedures.
Assisting in the development and preparation of presentations and reports.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance
Minimum five (5) years experience in finance and/or financial analysis; strongly preferred in a healthcare setting
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
Preferred
Master’s degree Business or Healthcare Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance
