Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and develop potential partners that align with our strategic goals.
Build and grow Slang’s technical and strategic partnerships programs, develop and execute partnership strategies, and negotiate agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic and marketing partners.
Serve as the main point of contact, address issues promptly, and foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, analyze partnership performance, and create KPI reports and dashboards.
Oversee the implementation and onboarding of partnership initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and monitor progress, reporting key metrics to stakeholders.
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, manage partnership budgets, and collaborate on marketing campaigns.

Required
7+ years in business development, partnerships, or a related role.
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the restaurant industry.
Preferred
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in restaurant technology is a plus.
