Responsibilities

Understand sales processes and metrics required to evaluate individual performance, technology efficiency, and process gaps.

Create, organize, and maintain reusable and robust reports in Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel that track various KPIs as well as business performance, efficiency, and productivity gaps.

Create, organize, and maintain a portfolio of dashboards in salesforce and Tableau serving different audiences and purposes as needed.

Develop and enhance analytics processes, architecture, and documentation to meet business needs, ensure that reports and dashboards created as a result form a cohesive toolset to be used by the business.

Compile and analyze data over time to identify trends, forecast sales volume, or understand problems.

Consistently review and monitor past and current sales data to identify and understand productivity issues.

Conduct root cause analyses to understand impacts of different variables on KPIs and translate those insights into actionable information about impacts to the business.

Support those technological and process changes with continuous guidance based on data and an understanding of the impact of any alterations to the business.

Create presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce, the underwriting system, the telephony system, as well as other reporting vehicles.

Provide assistance to the Sales department with day-to-day administrative and analytical tasks.

Collaborate with senior leadership and external teams to lead and execute complex projects involving multiple data sources, leveraging both large datasets as well as qualitative insights.

Tell compelling stories with data to drive the adoption of analytical insights.

Ensure that deliverables are accurate, available, useful, and easy to use.

Continuously learn new skills and reporting tools to ensure the highest quality reporting and insights.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent combination of education and job experience

5+ years of professional experience in data analytics field

Expert in Salesforce Reporting, Tableau, Ateryx, CRMA (CRM Analytics) and Microsoft Excel

Experience using SQL and experience using Python for data analytics

Can communicate in a clear and structured way

Strives for continuous learning of new software and systems

Is result driven and will prioritize the delivery of high value requests

Has a proven track record in making solid decisions based on data

Is an analytical thinker and creative problem solver

Is flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances or preferences

Is detail oriented and can demonstrate the ability to detect changes, edge cases, and exceptions

Works and collaborates well within a team and can show support and guidance toward other team members

Can balance the needs and interests of multiple stakeholders and departments and make decisions accordingly

Preferred

Fintech/banking experience is a plus

Familiarity with Sales Processes (lead prospecting, lead conversion, pipeline prioritization etc.) is a plus
