Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions transactions
Draft and review transaction documents and agreements
Conduct due diligence and prepare related reports
Work closely with clients and internal teams to facilitate transactions
Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Required

3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
Active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working
Superior academic credentials
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

Preferred

Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies
