Responsibilities
The Contractor shall provide project management support on behalf of the IT PMO. All projects shall be in compliance with IT PMO, Enterprise Systems Development Lifecycle (eSDLC), and USCB Program Life cycle policies
Performing other project management activities, such as:
Risk and Issue Management
Schedule Management
Project Requirements Management and Support
Systems Development and Design Management and Support
Assist in building and maintaining all project schedules, including weekly project schedule updates and status reporting in accordance with IT PMO policies
The Contractor shall assist in the creation, update, management, and analysis of integrated master schedules for projects and programs in accordance with work breakdown structures (WBSs) and perform overall analysis of labor, schedule, risk, trigger dates, resource needs, dependencies, discrepancies, conflicts, and performance on a regular basis to identify issues and items on the critical path. Creation of schedules (includes identification of system-to-system interactions/data exchanges), both across projects/program level as well as project specific
Develop Risk Management Reports
Analyze, create, test, and deploy many complex SSRS reports including Monthly Risk Program/Project Summary reports using Project Server databases with integrated SSRS for ADRM
Provide Project Server and Schedule Management Support and guidance to ADRM staff
Support Project Schedule creation, and maintenance using MS Project Pro and MS Project Server
Support strategic planning for implementing Project Schedules and Project Server in ADRM
Support SharePoint PowerApps. development efforts for ADRM Portfolio Management Systems, including CODS and CBSM
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
Design, Develop, and Manage multiple Project Portfolio management applications using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
Develop and deploy many executive-level Power BI Dashboards
Develop workflows connecting with MS SQL Server

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
6 years Project Management leadership experience on large-scale Federal IT projects with hands-on experience with project management office processes and procedures
Demonstrated expertise with project management scheduling tools such as MS Project
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to Obtain US Public Trust
