Responsibilities
Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in advertising and marketing law, trademark, copyright, and right of publicity laws, review and negotiation of emerging technology, privacy, and other advertising-adjacent agreements
Candidates should also have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various transactional agreements within the advertising and marketing ecosystem, including agency-client creative services and media buying agreements, sponsorship and endorsement agreements, social media influencer agreements, and promotional terms and conditions, including for sweepstakes, contests and loyalty programs as well as researching, analyzing, and providing strategic counsel to clients on compliance matters related to claim substantiation, advertising, marketing, promotions, and social media
Candidates must be an active member of the New York bar
Qualification
Required
4 to 6 years of experience in advertising and marketing law
Experience in trademark, copyright, and right of publicity laws
Experience in review and negotiation of emerging technology, privacy, and other advertising-adjacent agreements
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various transactional agreements within the advertising and marketing ecosystem
Experience with agency-client creative services and media buying agreements
Experience with sponsorship and endorsement agreements
Experience with social media influencer agreements
Experience with promotional terms and conditions, including for sweepstakes, contests and loyalty programs
Experience researching, analyzing, and providing strategic counsel to clients on compliance matters related to claim substantiation, advertising, marketing, promotions, and social media
Must be an active member of the New York bar
