The Cath Lab/EP Technology Intern will work in a learning environment to gain proficiency in radiological skills related to cardiovascular radiology while providing care to patients and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Function in a learning environment provided by the Cath or EP lab team to become competent and proficient at radiological skills specific to a cardiovascular radiology specialty

Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her assigned unit/dept

Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span

Possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs

Provide care needed as described in the departments Standard Operating Procedure Manual

Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence

Required

Graduated from an accredited approved paramedic program

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her assigned unit/dept
