Responsibilities

Take full ownership of high-impact, full-stack features, from ideation to deployment—whether you’re automating workflows, fine-tuning our AI capabilities, or boosting performance for high-demand clients

Lead conversations on architectural decisions as we scale, improving the performance and reliability of both customer-facing systems and internal operational workflows

Work closely with the CTO and technical team to drive product development

Engage in hands-on problem-solving across both back-end and front-end environments, enhancing a robust, user-first platform

Required

You've shipped software at scale for at least 6 years, with deep experience in delivering solutions to real users with diverse needs

You're proficient with Node.js and comfortable with Typescript

You have experience working across both back-end and front-end frameworks—we use Angular, but experience with any modern front-end framework is welcome

You have expertise in scalable system design

You've worked with technologies like GCP, Postgres, and microservices in production environments

You're excited by AI

You thrive in environments where collaboration and feedback matter, and you're comfortable engaging in constructive discussions to reach the best outcomes
