Required

4+ years of experience working on customer-facing and/or internal tools

Proficiency in front-end development tools and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and wepack

Proficiency in back-end development tools and technologies including Python, Flask, and Postgres

Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Familiarity with CI/CD

Familiarity with backend development and API integration.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
