Responsibilities
Lead prospecting and building strong relationships with key decision makers across pharma brands. Expand the Outcomes current client list to larger and expanded programs.
Achieve annual revenue goals
Lead prospecting, up-selling and follow-up with key leads
Collaborate with product and VP, Pharma Solutions on future-focused markets and collaborate on a formal business plan that will achieve future business goals.
Increase programs and revenues with strategic accounts
Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging technologies; learning current and pre-release patient engagement products, platforms and complimentary tools. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required
Ability to understand technical requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling to craft a compelling narrative
Market awareness, including a keen understanding of the pharma and pharmacy industry and trends
Technical proficiency related to PC and basic office software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, always demonstrating professionalism and good judgement.
Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work autonomously (with minimal direction) while also being part of an integrated team.
Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 50%
Minimum years of work experience: 10+ years working in a pharma vendor environment on patient support programs preferred
Minimum 5 years mid-level management preferred
Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors Degree in business or Healthcare related field preferred
