Responsibilities
Lead a team of product marketers to craft positioning and messaging (including market, company, platform, product) that effectively communicates the value and impact of our products and solutions, while connecting back to the organization’s mission and vision.
Act as a cross-functional leader for the organization’s product development lifecycle, playing a key role during the concept, build, pilot and launch phase of all products.
Connects the dots across an extensive product portfolio that serves multiple industries.
Guide the product marketing team’s strategy to launch new products and package existing offerings, including homing in on the ideal customer profile, creating market-facing messaging, collateral, and launch activities.
Evaluate industry trends, competitors, regulations, and standards, and how they apply to PG Forsta’s overall product portfolio, informing product development, packaging and pricing strategy.
Build partnerships with sales leaders across the enterprise to ensure that the sales organization understands the customer and can advocate for PG Forsta and our solutions.
Partner with sales training to grow comprehension of industry challenges, target personas, and product capability and features.
Develop the go-to-market strategies that guide marketing and sales campaigns that drive pipeline and growth.
Work closely with growth and sales leaders to prioritize and execute tightly integrated campaigns between marketing, business development representatives, and account managers.

Required
15+ years’ Product Marketing experience, with significant experience in B2B (SaaS preferred) and managing a portfolio of products across multiple industries and personas. Understanding of complex buying processes and cycles.
Understanding of the ability of customer experience (CX) to drive strategic initiatives and outcomes.
A strong people manager with a minimum of 3+ years of second-line leadership experience (a manager of managers), with proven skill in mentoring, hiring, and developing leaders.
Solid ability to use data to problem-solve and think strategically. Ability to conduct research and shape the problem space in ambiguous settings.
Collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams. Able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization.
Strong presentation skills and ability to deal with ambiguity. Confident personality and strong interpersonal skills with track record for influencing outside span of control.
