Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger (GL), inventory, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, software capitalization, debt, and equity.

Oversee, support, and develop the global accounting team while driving efficiency and automation to meet the demands of our high-growth business.

Lead accurate and timely month-end close and reporting processes, including consolidation, FX revaluation, and translation.

Serve as the technical accounting expert; oversee the development and adoption of accounting policies and processes to ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards and regulations, such as US GAAP, local, and international regulatory requirements.

Lead the annual external audit and international statutory audit processes.

Streamline and optimize financial processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting will be required. Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

5+ years of public accounting experience or industry experience.

Hands-on experience with ASC606, ASC 842 and ASC350.

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with lookups, pivot tables, and if-then functions.

Proven experience in leading and managing a team.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

Experienced business partner, skilled in building trust and inspiring others while ramping up in a new business and role in a complex environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Time management skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
