Responsibilities
Work on all levels of the consulting or compliance needs of our lender and real estate firm clients.
Provide analysis of proposed or existing insurance coverage via the review of insurance summaries and certificates of insurance to determine compliance with obligations within loan agreements, leases, and other related contracts.
The position requires the preparation of insurance reports and compliance memos confirming the compliance of the various requirements and any exceptions.

Required
BA/BS degree and/or Law degree
Experience within property/casualty insurance; law/paralegal
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to discuss the commercial real estate and insurance marketplace to outside parties.
A high level of comfort with MS Office suite required.
Ability to work independently, however, within a team support structure that will provide mentorship in order to foster professional development and growth.
