The role involves driving revenue growth by selling advertising and promotional solutions to clients in the healthcare industry, while building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
Develop proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and projects
Manage a sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately
Mentor and coach junior sales representatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of sales experience in the POC Media industry with a proven track record of success
In-depth knowledge of the POC Media industry, including industry trends, competitors, and key players
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to travel as needed
