Responsibilities
Solve scaling bottlenecks in critical services to grow Datadog for its expanding customer base
Deploy new features to production and contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on customers across Datadog’s user base
Develop your tech stack through technologies such as Kubernetes, Bazel, and many more while receiving mentorship from the best engineers in the industry
Grow alongside a diverse cohort of talented interns while working in a fun and collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
You are targeting a 2026 full-time start date
You are in the process of receiving/have a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; or have equivalent experience
You have strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, software design, to name a few)
You are comfortable coding in one or more programming languages
You value code simplicity and performance
You want to work in a fast-paced environment that values its employees and customers
You are a self-starter who enjoys partnering with other engineers and solving difficult problems
You are available to work full-time from the Datadog New York or Boston office from May 12, 2025 - August 15, 2025; May 12, 2025 - August 22, 2025; or June 2, 2025 - August 22, 2025
