Responsibilities

Ability to develop and maintain strong and positive relationships with potential students and parents while serving as a supportive, high-energy, and trusted advisor to families

Deliver a consultative approach to enrollment by understanding a families’ goals, objectives, and challenges and articulating Zenith’s value propositions that best aligns with what the family is looking for

Commit to meeting and/or exceeding monthly and quarterly enrollment goals that aligns with the increased demand from parents who have already expressed a strong interest in learning more about our program(s)

Monitor and respond promptly to various forms of communication (e.g. email, text, phone)

Accurately capture, report, track, and manage required data/metrics

Provide prompt and regular feedback on meetings and trends in weekly meetings
