Responsibilities
Anticipate and respond to customer’s questions and concerns
Develop, service, and grow established accounts
Recommend sales and marketing solutions based on understanding and evaluations of trends, dynamics, and customer needs
Develop technical presentations for current and potential customers
Evaluate complaints, investigate problems, and develop solutions
Recommend changes in pricing and adjust pricing within established guidelines
Gather current marketplace information on competitor pricing, products, service levels, merchandising techniques, etc.
Submit regular sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis
Maintain and develop customer profiles, territory, and account sales records
Other duties as assigned

Required
5 years of direct sales experience in the plumbing products industry
Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and T&E expense management
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
General knowledge of major competitive brands
Comfortable with regular travel (50%+)
Problem-solving and sales negotiation skills are a must
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Solid time management and prioritization skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
