The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth flow of clients and patients, schedule appointments, and maintain electronic medical files while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Here at Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center, the Practice Representative's main responsibility is the smooth, accurate, cheerful, well planned, and orderly flow of clients and patients in and out of the hospital
We receive payments for services rendered and record them, we answer a multi-line phone system, we act as a liaison between the client and the Veterinarians
We schedule appointments for both large and small animals along with dispatching ambulatory equine doctors who are scheduled for calls throughout the valley
We maintain electronic medical files
Knowledge of equine is important and customer service experience along with medical records experience is preferred
Neat, clean appearance is expected
Potential candidates will be required to pass background and drug screening
