Engineering - Concert Platform - Software Engineer - Associate - New York

The Concert team is seeking Java developers to implement new capabilities, enhance existing components, and support the platform as a service for clients within the Concert ecosystem.

Implement new capabilities within the Concert ecosystem
Refactor and enhance existing components
Support the platform as a service for our clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or adjacent engineering discipline
1-3+ Years of experience in software development and engineering
Strong analytical & problem solving skills with the ability to incorporate them into sound software development decisions
Strong proficiency in core Java development, common testing frameworks, such as Junit and dependency injection frameworks, such as Spring
Understanding and effective use of distributed databases, such as MongoDB, and messaging frameworks, such as Kafka
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, and container based deployment, such as Docker/Kubernetes is preferred
Passion to learn new skillset as required
