Responsibilities
Identify and recruit talented legal professionals using diverse channels such as email outreach, cold calls, referrals, and social media
Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experiences, and alignment with potential job opportunities
Collaborate with law firm clients to understand their hiring requirements and craft personalized recruitment strategies
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to negotiating offers and facilitating new hires' onboarding
Qualification
Required
Law degree
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail
Ability to thrive independently while managing multiple priorities
Strong work ethic
Ability to be in the office 3-4x/week
