Responsibilities
Lead, scale, and manage a global team of high-performing BDRs.
Attract, hire, and retain world-class BDR talent.
Implement development programs to continuously enhance the team's skills and ensure career progression.
Shape and nurture deep partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams.
Collaborate on creating impactful marketing campaigns and successful field events.
Continuously optimize technology and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Accelerate BDR ramp time, ensuring they quickly reach full productivity.
Ensure your team has a thorough understanding of CloudBees’ products, market, and competitive landscape to engage prospects effectively and drive meaningful conversations.
Drive the team to meet and exceed stretch pipeline goals through consistent, high-quality outreach and follow-up.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
Are excited by attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining world-class talent early in their Sales careers.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Are strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis.
Passion for our product and technology, customer centric thinking.
General business strategy and market development expertise with deep analytical skills.
Understanding of modern Enterprise IT architecture and trends, familiarity with web-scale technologies.
Exposure to fast growing business environments, ideally as part of a start up in a complex technical and business environment.
Willingness to work in globally distributed team across several time zones.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Ability to independently structure and prioritize your work, self-starter.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Preferred
2+ years of leadership experience in a global team with a track record of excellence leading high performing, pipeline generation, and closing organizations in a fast-growing high technology company
Strong understanding of the DevOps, CI/CD, and software development landscapes
