Responsibilities

Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing insights and solutions that drive results.

Leadership Coaching: Offer candid, experienced advice to leaders, helping them navigate challenges, build high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability and growth. Help leaders see around corners, and become a key member of their leadership teams.

Change Management: Lead and support large-scale change initiatives, ensuring that our people and processes evolve to meet the needs of our rapidly scaling organization.

Performance Management: Drive a culture of high performance by implementing effective performance management processes and ensuring leaders have the tools and support they need to build and lead highly performing teams.

Organizational Planning: Forecast workforce needs and develop plans to meet those needs, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor in managing employee relations issues, ensuring that solutions are fair, consistent, and aligned with our operating principles.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and develop proactive strategies to address potential challenges.
