Responsibilities

Management of third-party projects including other transmission owners and interconnecting customers

Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects — defining the project WBS, Cost Baseline and OBS structure, building a comprehensive work plan, controlling and managing the risks, scope, schedule and budget of each package

Managing Teams — facilitating commitment and productivity, removing obstacles, and managing contractors

Responsible for team KPI's and leading team to success
