Responsibilities
Apply problem-solving skills to get Epic’s software into clinicians’ and patients’ hands
Collaborate with customers’ Windows server administrators to build a fast performing, reliable infrastructure
Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, communicating as they install, troubleshoot, and upgrade software
Work with customers, technical teams at Epic, and other healthcare vendors to build technical solutions
Make recommendations for best practices that ensure customers' long-term success
Collaborate with developers, technical support, software testers, and implementation specialists across the company
Learn the inner workings of Epic software, Windows and other operating systems, virtualization and cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, mobile devices, and more
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, information systems, engineering, math, physics, or hard science preferred
A history of academic and professional success
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Knowledge of Windows servers or experience with desktop administration is a plus, but is not necessary
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
