Responsibilities
Learn about merchandising and product assortment refinement.
Work alongside the merchandising team on exciting projects.
Engage in demand/sales generation and product margin management.
Own vendor relationships and ensure appropriate pricing and promotion of categories.
Experience assortment management and vendor communications.
Build cross-functional relationships.
Meet with various business owners for personal and professional development.

Required
Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s/ Master’s with an expected graduation date between winter 2025 – summer 2026
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong communication abilities
Good time management
Critical thinking skills
Preferred
Prior work experience in retail is preferred but not required
Enrolled in a Master’s Degree or advanced technical degree
Previous work experience in a technical field
