Responsibilities

Participate in the walkthrough meetings led by external auditors and SOX Sr Specialist to gain an understanding of various accounting and finance processes and controls

Perform control testing by evaluating the supporting documentation against the SOX test plans

Interact with accounting and finance process and control owners

Deliver a presentation to senior leadership in accounting and finance at the conclusion of their internship.
