Responsibilities
Assess existing lab facilities.
Co-train lab technicians on the proper handling of lab equipment, tools, and chemicals.
Collaborate on developing standard operating guidelines for the lab equipment, tools, and chemicals.
Conduct community-based plant and soil health campaigns.
Address community needs for disease diagnosis, soil testing, and identifying biochemical profiles.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, such as biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, soil health, agriculture-based research, plant pathology, entomology, or other laboratory sciences.
Strong experience in handing lab equipment, tools, and chemicals in a lab setting.
Strong coordination and community integration skills.
Demonstrated ability to live and work in a multi-cultural setting.
Excellent people skills with demonstrated flexibility and patience.
