Responsibilities
• Strategy Development : Design and implement strategies for identifying and developing partnerships that align with organizational goals.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential partners, understand industry trends, and evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Relationship Building : Initiate and nurture relationships with potential partners, building trust and credibility to foster collaboration.
• Negotiations : Lead negotiations with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements, including terms and conditions, scope, and objectives.
• Project Management : Manage partnership projects from initiation to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Work with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align partnership activities with organizational priorities and resources.

Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data to identify partnership opportunities and measure success.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
