Responsibilities

Provide information, advice, and recommendations for the effective alignment of portfolio acquisitions, manpower, and funding
Coordinate and resolve issues and facilitate team communications to resolve program issues as well as the effective integration of requirements and efforts
Maintain, update, and analyze the acquisition forecast to ensure current and consistent content and identify any disconnects or deficiencies
Incorporate inputs from the force design, operational imperatives, combatant command integrated priority lists, and future force shaping products to deliver recommendations that enhance planning and capability
Advise and assist leadership in support of high visibility engagements, commitments, and taskers, to include at the congressional level
Draft, review, coordinate, and process program acquisition information suitable for public release

Required

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and execute various internal projects to include workflow taskers and summarizing large amounts of acquisition data
Knowledgeable and certified in Air Force records management and DTS
Experience processing, receiving, tracking, coordinating, and storing large volumes of program-critical information
Experience coordinating and organizing multiple geographically-separated team members
Experience and expertise using DTS and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to identify and solve problems
Bachelors Degree
5+ years of relevant experience
Secret required; #qinetiqclearedjob

Preferred

Prior experience working with DAG or executive support team(s)
Masters Degree
10+ years of relevant experience
