Responsibilities

Work closely with project team to source, negotiate and execute Purchase Power Agreements and other complex solar and battery energy storage offtake arrangements.

Create new and build upon existing key relationships with utilities, municipals and corporate offtake partners.

Coordinate with development, finance, engineering and other departments to develop bespoke solutions for customers, including a leading role in the underwriting of pricing and development of pitch materials for opportunities.

Negotiate contract language in collaboration with legal team and other functional stakeholders to ensure PPA financeability.

Evaluate market revenue potential and work with energy markets to develop project revenue forecasts.

Communicate key deal points and present recommendations to executive management.

Travel to customer meetings and relevant industry conferences.

Role would focus on PPA opportunities in the western United States with emphasis on CAISO market and report into the Chief Commercial Officer.
