Responsibilities

Create and edit short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and develop a content strategy that increases engagement and brand awareness.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.

Manage the end-to-end production process, including conceptualization, filming, and editing.

Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Adapt content to suit different social media platforms and audiences.

Work within deadlines to deliver content in a timely manner
