Account Executive
Latent AI is a company focused on revolutionizing AI systems and is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales in the federal government sector. The role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the sales cycle to support the company's growth in the public sector.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new business opportunities within the federal government sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at government agencies and other public sector organizations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful delivery of products and services
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of public sector clients
Respond to RFPs and RFQs, ensuring that proposals are customized to meet client requirements and showcase Latent AI's value proposition
Track and report on sales performance, using data to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets
Stay informed on industry trends, government policies, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on AI solutions and maintaining a deep understanding of their evolving needs
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and high levels of client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the federal government or public sector market
Strong knowledge of the federal procurement process and experience responding to RFPs and RFQs
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools and sales management software
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in the public sector
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required by client engagements and company needs
US citizenship required
