Responsibilities
Work together with FORUM staff to co-create a guide with digital (and non-digital) activities and projects for fun and dynamic English language learning
Co-create a standardized system to evaluate and monitor English language learning workshops
Co-facilitate training of trainer (ToT) workshops for mentors/volunteers and teachers
Provide knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) to promote digital literacy and English language learning
Strengthen FORUM's capacity to provide dynamic and fun instruction to project beneficiaries

Required
Bachelor’s degree in education or other related bachelor’s degree and relevant teaching experience
Intermediate-mid Spanish language level.
Experience in English language instruction.
Experience evaluating and monitoring activities.
Experience planning and facilitating learning for adults and youth.
Intercultural skills and motivation, including cross-cultural agility, ability to work independently, resourcefulness, and creativity
High tolerance for ambiguity and high level of flexibility
