Responsibilities

Implement best practice for SEO to increase organic web traffic and improve search engine ranking

Develop and execute PPC strategies to maximize ROI

Manage paid and organic social media campaigns and promotions to increase followers and engagement

Serve as a HubSpot expert for integrated contacts management, nurturing and lead generation

Utilize channel and CRM analytics to monitor lead generation performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels

Ensure marketing content consistency and alignment with WuXi Bio CRO services marketing strategy

Support the development of annual strategic marketing plan with tactics across multiple marketing channels

Perform other duties as required

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in digital marketing, or a related field

7+ years of inbound marketing experience

5+ years in the biotech, biopharma or CRO industry

Deep knowledge in SEO, SEM and social media marketing

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot and GA4

Excellent written & verbal communication skills with great attention to detail

Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including turning data into actionable insights

Creative thinker with a strong focus on innovation

Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Some travel may be required.
