Responsibilities

Accurately collect and appraise basic information (e.g., nameplate data, construction stamps, sizing, testing, maintenance, operation and condition) of equipment installations

Consult on regulatory or jurisdictional requirements and FM Standards as part of the pressure equipment evaluation process

Inform clients of actions needed for compliance and risk reduction

Demonstrate competence in handling field work and related administrative tasks for the most common occupancies and hazards with decreasing guidance and supervision

Conduct incident investigations of pressure equipment at the discretion of the Operations Chief Inspector
