Responsibilities
Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday.
Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday FINS product suite.
Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Workday Financials applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration.
Scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing Legacy system to new system.
Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates and recommendations.
Prioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations.
Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, higher education, and/or accounting
2+ years of hands-on functional financials experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other ERP financial management systems
Proficiency with business processes including; general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts redesign, procure-to-pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order-to-cash
Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective
Preferred
Experience implementing Workday Financials (or similar system), Supply Chain, FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Financial Reporting, and/or Accounting Center
Certification in Workday Financials
