Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles tailored to their needs and budget
Present and demonstrate Audi’s premium features and technology in a compelling way
Provide transparent, accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Audi vehicles, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams for a seamless transaction
Maintain a polished, professional image and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred
Previous sales experience (automotive experience preferred, but not required)
A passion for luxury cars and a commitment to providing world-class customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
