Responsibilities
Provide prompt contact to policy holders and conduct field inspections.
Handle field claims to conclusion, including investigation, documentation, coverage analysis and subrogation/salvage assessment.
Establish relationships with producing agencies.
Participation in catastrophe (CAT) duty as needed. CAT duty can be anywhere in the USA up to 3-4 weeks at a time.

Required
Previous property claims experience
Ability to scope, diagram and estimate property damages
A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required
Ability to perform physical inspections; i.e. climb roofs, craw spaces
Proficiency in Symbility, Xactimate or similar estimating platform experience
Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication and conflict resolution skills
Requires the ability to lift, carry, set-up, ascend and descend ladders in excess of 40 pounds.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/industry experience
Preferred
Mobile home and Dwelling construction knowledge preferred
Industry training, coursework, certifications are preferred. (AIC, CPSU, SCLA)
