Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic

Responsibilities
Quantify and monitor personal Regional performance objectives and expectations according to Corporate sales performance plans and policies.
Participate in the formulation of the Regional sales performance plan including sales forecasts, quotas, commission, incentive bonus, and reporting progress to objectives.
Establish Agent requirements and lead the effort in identifying and qualifying new Agents, monitor and document Agent performance, and recommend termination of non-performing distributors.
Provide support and training for new Agent groups and new sales reps within existing Agent groups.
Communicate sales quotas, consignment inventory parameters, demo product policies, lead generation and follow up, and performance concerns with Agent.
Monitor and manage the Agent consignment inventory.
Active participation with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable in the collection of Purchase Order numbers and payment of invoices.
Provide field intelligence relating to CONMED Foot & Ankle and competitive activities, Surgeon comments and feedback related to CONMED Foot & Ankle product usage and surgical techniques.
Monitor Regional expenses to adhere to Corporate budget and FDA guidelines.
Coordinate CONMED and Agent attendance for local and Regional meetings and conventions.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University
5+ years of medical device sales experience
Preferred
MBA or MA
Experience managing a network of independent sales distributors
