Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B2C sales strategy aligned with NourishedRx's overall business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize target markets and opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
Identify and target potential healthcare payers, health plans, and other strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for NourishedRx.
Track and measure sales performance against goals, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Represent NourishedRx at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in B2B2C sales, with a proven track record of success.
Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in sales, partnership development, or account management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate NourishedRx's value proposition.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a knack for securing favorable deals.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
