Help Aon capitalize on existing client and prospect need in the areas of consulting and brokering of all forms of Warranty Solutions, including new, socially impactful performance guarantees in the Pharma space.

Required
7+ years of Warranty U/W experience.
Strategic Leadership: Formulate and enforce a robust strategy to grow Warranty Consulting & Broking Innovation Practice.
Strategy, Growth Planning and ability to Capitalize on internal pipeline.
In-depth understanding of global structure, compliance w/r/t Warranty Programs and alternative approaches.
Leverage extensive technical underwriting, product development/innovation, strategy, sales and analytical skills.
Possess deep, Warranty-industry-specific knowledge.
Help Aon capitalize on existing client and prospect need in the areas of consulting and brokering of all forms of Warranty Solutions, including new, socially impactful performance guarantees in the Pharma space.
Preferred
Experience on the Carrier side in Warranty Underwriting and/or Product Development is highly preferred.
College education preferred or equivalent work experience.
