Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients at the start of every engagement

Facilitate transferring data between external parties and Epiq

Lead kick-off calls and provide consultative advice on Cyber Incident Response to customers

Understand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response processes.

Determine and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timeframes

Conduct project design meetings and consult with clients on the development and implementation of efficient and effective workflows for data mining and capture related to data exfiltration

Consult customers on the best data identification and reduction methodologies

Perform data mining processes and report detailed, accurate results to customers

Coordinate case closure and data destruction for completed engagements

Learn and become an expert in constantly evolving advanced eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response technologies

Perform other special projects as defined by management

Required

At least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management (or equivalent)

At least 3 years of experience working with Relativity as a Project Manager

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading conference calls and meetings with colleagues and clients

Knowledge of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)

Ability to manage an active and fluctuating caseload

Preferred

Experience in Canopy or other advanced eDiscovery/Cyber tools, such as Technology Assisted Review

Previous experience in Cyber Incident Response

A desire to go above and beyond client expectations

A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
