Responsibilities

Combine administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50)

Engage in ongoing and continuous scholarly activity

Provide leadership for the residency program

Build and maintain a strong team

Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements

Qualification

Required

Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain one

Must be certified in ABOG or AOBOG

Must have least three years of documented residency program leadership experience

Be willing to combine administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50)

Have strong administrative and team building skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ongoing and continuous scholarly activity is expected

Full scope of OB/GYN with opportunity of inpatient and outpatient work

Preferred

Prior experience as a chief resident or core faculty are highly encouraged to apply
