Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Engage in user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
Ensure that designs align with business objectives while delivering an excellent user experience.
Design developer-friendly, complex systems focusing on scalability and ease of implementation.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Keep up with trends in design, usability, and user experience best practices, particularly in the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) industry.

Required
5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
Expertise in Figma and other design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
Solid understanding of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and best practices.
Experience designing complex systems that developers can quickly implement.
Knowledge of the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) industry and its unique design challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create innovative design solutions to complex problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and lead discussions.
Preferred
Experience working in agile development environments.
Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of or experience with motion design or animation tools.
