Responsibilities
Acquire new business while managing a portfolio of key accounts
Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, email outreach, and research tools (Google, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Act as the primary contact for major accounts, handling escalations when needed
Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client executives
Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure service excellence
Provide coaching and direction to team members
Monitor KPIs, oversee daily operations, and guide execution to ensure consistent results
Make 60+ outbound calls daily (higher for junior-level AEs)
Meet or exceed key performance goals including load count, gross profit, and CRM activity
Demonstrate a “service-first” mindset by minimizing preventable issues
Consistently operate with professionalism, reliability, and integrity
